The wielder may equip this artifact to increase their character magic production by one. The wielder may also instead destroy this artifact if they have a library to increase it's research production by one (cannot bypass cap) If the Body of the Prisoner is destroyed to empower a library as described above, if that library is to ever be demolished or sacked, re-create this artifact in the possession of whoever destroyed or sacked the library.
